Never miss a beat

Cape Town is an incredible place to live, especially when it comes to social outings. Never a dull moment in this awesome City. I’ve been a very lucky girl over the past year – so many awesome gigs!!!!!  From rad SA bands to top international acts.

I was lucky enough to get tickets to U2 (thanks Mom). What an amazing experience! Can’t believe at that age how they rock out! IMPRESSIVE!  We took full advantage of this opportunity and hopped onto the train from Rondebosch to Town, did the fan walk and represented Team VIBE (of course)!

Team VIBE!

U2 *BOOM*

Last Wednesday we were fully prepared to lose our voices at the Roxette concert at Grand West. I don’t think I’ve ever been to a concert where everyone can sing along to just about every song.
Absolutely incredible!! HOW DO YOU DO….

ROXETTE!

I have been to watch many many SA gigs, but here are some of my highlights over the last year:

Symphonic Rocks – awesome SA bands such as Just Jinjer, Flat Stanley, Louise Carver, Watershed, Gang of Instrumentals, aKing etc, playing alongside a 65 piece Symphony Orchestra. Well done to Andy Mac for putting together such an incredible show! Looking forward to many more!!

MyLife Organisation Benefit – Plush, Ard Matthews, Louise Day and many more rad bands – this was guaranteed to be an amazing evening!  Nice one peeps J

Isochronous – one of my new favourite SA bands.  We have been lucky enough to work these amazingly talented guys at Sound & Motion, www.soundandmotion.co.za
If you haven’t heard of these guys, do yourself a favour and go listen to some of their stuff on Youtube or Facebook.

Extremely well organized, loads of fun, great music (including GoodLuck, who have grown tremendousness over the past year - Well done Ben & Jules). Just awesome!  Last year we rocked out at Camp Legend – need I say more J
Get yourself tickets for this year – going to be epic.
